Cancellation Policy


Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of scheduling your appointment and will need to remain on file.  


If you cancel your appointment less than (48 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a charge. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (48 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. 


A 50% deposit is required if you do not wish to leave a credit card on file. The deposit must be made in person before an appointment can be reserved.
